Services
New work, upgrades and ongoing support for wells, boosters, pump stations and treatment plants.
New control panels and PLC/SCADA builds
Control design, panel builds with trusted New Hampshire panel shops, PLC and operator-screen programming, SCADA integration, startup and testing. Stations are built to be operated and serviced by the people who run them.
Retrofits and upgrades
Replacing obsolete or failed PLCs, operator screens and SCADA with current, supported hardware. Cutovers are planned so the station keeps running, with a temporary control setup when one is needed.
Service contracts
Troubleshooting, program changes, station repairs and upgrades, and advice on what to fix first. Time-and-materials work and fixed-price projects under one agreement, with one person who knows your system.
Remote access, alarming and trending
Secure cellular or internet VPN connections (StrideLinx, IXON) so problems can be checked from the office, plus alarm callouts to operators and trends of pressures, levels and flows.
SCADA documentation and operator manuals
Controls submittals for engineered projects, I/O lists, network diagrams and operator manuals written for the people who run the plant, not just for the file.
Cybersecurity support for water systems
Practical steps sized for small systems: secure remote access, control networks kept separate from office networks, managed passwords, and saved backups of every PLC and SCADA program.
Working on engineered projects
IO Electric bids and builds to engineers' specifications: controls submittals, programming to the design narrative, factory and site testing, startup support and operator training. Submittals and closeout documentation are delivered on schedule and in the format the specification calls for.
